Lighten the LOAD
Heavy handbags are a major problem area. Most women will confess to having a bag like a bottomless pit, full of make-up, combs, essentials and stuff they didn't even know they had!
Apparently, the average weight of a woman's handbag is between 3lb and 5lb.
But big bags today could mean bad backs tomorrow.
Having a heavy bag - and carrying it on one shoulder - can lead to strain on one side of the neck and also cause shoulder, arm and back pain.

Uncomfortable underwear could be doing more damage than you think.
A huge proportion of British women - 85% - are wearing the wrong-sized bra.
Probably because most don't want to face the torture of the over-zealous underwear saleswoman and her tape measure.
Then there's the problem of the manufacturer's size variation - what fits in one style may not in another.
But the British Osteopathic Society say getting the right fit is vital.
Too big and your back and shoulders bear the weight of your assets, causing strain. Too small and you suffering chafing and squashing.
They recommend finding a reliable fitting service. It's also helpful to find a favourite manufacturer - and stick to them.
ARE THONGS WRONG?
More underwear under fire! But doctors are warning that big
